Quick Chili Garlic Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - 5-6 fresh red chilies, adjust for heat preference
02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1 tbsp vinegar (white or rice vinegar)
04 - 1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
05 - 1/2 tsp salt, to taste
06 - 1/2 tsp sugar (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In food processor or blender, combine chilies, minced garlic, vinegar, salt, and sugar (if using). Blend until smooth.
02 - Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Carefully add blended mixture and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally to enhance flavors.
03 - Let sauce cool before using.
