Press the crushed Oreo cookies firmly into the bottom of a pie dish to form a crust. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.

Allow half of the coffee ice cream to soften for 10 minutes. Mix in half of the chocolate fudge topping and spread this mixture over the chilled crust. Freeze for 2 hours until set.

Spread the remaining coffee ice cream over the first layer. Freeze for another 2 hours.

Top the pie with the remaining chocolate fudge topping and sprinkle with some crushed cookies for extra crunch. Freeze for 2 more hours or overnight for best results.
