Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs (Print Version)

Golden biscuits stuffed with warm, gooey mozzarella and brushed with garlicky butter and fresh parsley.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 mozzarella string cheese sticks, sliced into 8 pieces each
02 - 1 pack (8 biscuits) Pillsbury Grands buttermilk dough

→ Garlic Butter

03 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
04 - Pinch of fine sea salt for seasoning
05 - 4 tablespoons melted, unsalted butter
06 - 1 tablespoon garlic, minced finely

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F so it’s ready to go when you are.
02 - Open the biscuit package, then carefully split each piece into two. Flatten them using your hands or a rolling pin until they’re about a quarter-inch thick, keeping the shape nice and round.
03 - In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, parsley, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. This will act as both flavor and a glaze.
04 - Place two bits of mozzarella in the middle of each flattened dough circle. Wrap the dough around the cheese completely, pinch the edges to seal, and set them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
05 - Generously coat each cheese-filled dough ball with the butter mixture using your pastry brush, then bake on the sheet for 8–10 minutes, or until they turn golden.
06 - Right after taking them out of the oven, brush any leftover garlic butter over the hot biscuits for extra yumminess. Serve warm so the cheese stays gooey.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Use a light-colored tray to avoid browning too much.
02 - Best eaten fresh while the cheese is still soft.
03 - You can prepare them earlier and bake just before eating.
