Preheat your oven to 400°F so it’s ready to go when you are.

Open the biscuit package, then carefully split each piece into two. Flatten them using your hands or a rolling pin until they’re about a quarter-inch thick, keeping the shape nice and round.

In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, parsley, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. This will act as both flavor and a glaze.

Place two bits of mozzarella in the middle of each flattened dough circle. Wrap the dough around the cheese completely, pinch the edges to seal, and set them seam-side down on a baking sheet.

Generously coat each cheese-filled dough ball with the butter mixture using your pastry brush, then bake on the sheet for 8–10 minutes, or until they turn golden.

Right after taking them out of the oven, brush any leftover garlic butter over the hot biscuits for extra yumminess. Serve warm so the cheese stays gooey.
