Easy No-Bake PB Chocolate Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Peanut Butter Layer

01 - 1 cup creamy all natural drippy peanut butter
02 - 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
03 - 1/4 cup maple syrup
04 - 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

→ Chocolate Layer

06 - 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet dark chocolate chips
07 - 2 tablespoons peanut butter
08 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil
09 - Flaky sea salt, for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
02 - Add the peanut butter, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt to a mixing bowl. Mix together until well combined. Press into the prepared loaf pan.
03 - Add chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 15-30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.
04 - Pour melted chocolate evenly over peanut butter layer. Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours until firm.
05 - Remove from pan using parchment paper, slice into 12-14 bars. Top with flaky sea salt before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Use natural drippy peanut butter for best results
02 - Can be stored in fridge up to 1 week
03 - Can be frozen for up to 3 months
