Orange Creamsicle Pie Slice (Print Version)

No-bake orange and vanilla dessert layered with mandarin and creamy whipped topping.

# Ingredients:

→ Pie Crust and Fillings

01 - 1 graham cracker crust
02 - 15 ounces mandarin oranges, canned, drained, juice reserved
03 - 3.4 ounces orange gelatin mix
04 - 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt (2 containers)
05 - 8 ounces whipped cream, plus more for topping (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a large glass bowl, combine the orange gelatin with 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice and microwave on high for 1 minute. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
02 - Whisk the chilled gelatin mixture with orange yogurt and whipped cream until smooth. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
03 - Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust. Add dollops of whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges on top.
04 - Refrigerate the pie until set, approximately 4 hours. Alternatively, for a frozen dessert, freeze for 2 hours.
