In a large glass bowl, combine the orange gelatin with 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice and microwave on high for 1 minute. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until thickened.

Whisk the chilled gelatin mixture with orange yogurt and whipped cream until smooth. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.

Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust. Add dollops of whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges on top.

Refrigerate the pie until set, approximately 4 hours. Alternatively, for a frozen dessert, freeze for 2 hours.
