Oreo Mousse Cake (Print Version)

Sweet, creamy Oreo mousse dessert with a chocolaty twist.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 batch cookies and cream mousse
02 - 16 Oreo cookies or other sandwich cookies

# Steps:

01 - Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper for easy release.
02 - Spread a thin layer of mousse on the bottom of the pan. Cover with half the cookies arranged in a single layer.
03 - Spread half the remaining mousse evenly over the cookies. Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies and mousse.
04 - Freeze the layered cake until firm. Push up the pan bottom and carefully transfer the mousse cake onto a serving plate. Garnish as desired.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Use a cake collar to prevent the sides of the cake from sticking to the pan. Cake collars are not needed for push-up pans.
02 - Top with piped whipped cream and sprinkle over crushed cookie crumbs or black cocoa powder for garnishing.
