Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

# Ingredients:

1/2 cup milk (any kind)

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (125 grams)

2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter (50 grams)

2 frozen bananas (about 2 cups or 230 grams)

1 tablespoon honey (optional)
# Instructions:

Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed.

Taste and adjust sweetness and thickness to your tastes, if necessary.

Puree until smooth and pour into two glasses. Serve.
