Pizza Pepperoni Quesadilla (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 medium-sized flour tortillas
02 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional for added taste)
03 - 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (use for cooking)
05 - 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce (use for dipping)
06 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
08 - 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

# Steps:

01 - Heat a big pan on medium and drop in some butter or olive oil to coat it.
02 - Take a tortilla, lay it down, and pile mozzarella along with cheddar onto one half. Add a layer of pepperoni, then sprinkle garlic powder and oregano on top. Fold it over.
03 - Put the folded tortilla in your pan. Cook each side for 2–3 minutes till it's crispy and the cheese has melted. Give it a light press with a spatula while cooking.
04 - Do the same process with the other tortillas and ingredients. Let the cooked quesadillas cool a bit, then slice them into smaller pieces.
05 - Enjoy them warm, served alongside your favorite marinara or pizza dipping sauce.
