Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix the shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

Take a noodle and spread the seafood mixture over it, then roll it up tightly.

Place the roll-up seam side down in the baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.

Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
