Shrimp Crab Alfredo Roll Ups (Print Version)

Lasagna noodles filled with shrimp, crab, and cheese, baked in Alfredo sauce for a comforting meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 lasagna noodles
02 - 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
03 - 1 cup crab meat, shredded
04 - 2 cups Alfredo sauce
05 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
03 - In a bowl, mix the shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
04 - Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
05 - Take a noodle and spread the seafood mixture over it, then roll it up tightly.
06 - Place the roll-up seam side down in the baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.
07 - Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
08 - Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
09 - Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
10 - Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
