Gather three small bowls. Combine the flour, salt, and chili powder in one. In another combine the egg and the buttermilk. In the last bowl, combine the panko, Franks Red Hot Buffalo Ranch seasoning, and the Italian seasoning.

Coat the shrimp in flour mixture, then egg mixture, and finally in Panko seasoning.

Heat oil to 350F/176C. Cook shrimp until golden brown, 1-2 minutes per side. Transfer to paper towels to drain.

Preheat air fryer to 360F/182C. Place breaded shrimp in basket, spray with cooking spray. Cook 8 minutes, turning halfway through.

Slice rolls, spread remoulade sauce on both halves. Layer fried shrimp, tomato, onion, jalapeños, and lettuce.
