Grease a donut pan or a mini muffin pan for donut holes. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Stir in the peanut butter, water, yogurt or mashed banana, and maple syrup or honey to form a smooth batter.

Smooth the batter evenly into the prepared donut pan or muffin pan.

Bake for 8 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a donut comes out mostly clean.

Let the donuts fully cool, then carefully run a knife around the edges before removing them from the pan. Add frosting or toppings as desired, and enjoy.
