09 - 710 ml ginger beer
10 - 120 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (2–3 lemons)
11 - 2.5 ml vanilla extract

13 - 4–6 large fresh rosemary sprigs
14 - Ice cubes

# How to Make It:

01 - Add ground cinnamon to a glass. Pour in pear nectar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir until evenly combined.
02 - Pour ginger beer over the mixture, add ice cubes, and gently stir to preserve carbonation.
03 - Lightly crush a fresh rosemary sprig between your fingers, then place in the glass or gently press with a muddler to release aromatic oils.
04 - Garnish with cinnamon stick, pear slices, sugared cranberries, pomegranate arils, or additional rosemary as desired. Serve immediately.
05 - In a large pitcher, combine ground cinnamon, pear nectar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until the cinnamon is fully integrated.
