Add tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and season it with salt and pepper. Turn down the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes so the flavors can come together.

Stir in the ground chicken to the pan. Cook while breaking it up with a spoon until it’s no longer pink, which will take about 5 to 7 minutes.
