Creamy Spinach and Salmon Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 12 ounces pasta (penne, farfalle, or choice)
02 - 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Sauce

05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 cup heavy cream
07 - 1 cup chicken broth
08 - 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 2 cups fresh spinach
10 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
11 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in large skillet. Season salmon with salt and pepper, cook 4-5 minutes per side until flaky. Remove and set aside.
03 - In same skillet, cook garlic until fragrant. Add cream and broth, simmer. Stir in Parmesan until smooth. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
04 - Flake salmon, add to skillet with pasta, lemon zest, and juice. Mix until heated through.

01 - Can substitute salmon with other fish or chicken
02 - Works with any pasta shape
03 - Can use lighter cream alternatives
