Strawberry Santas Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

Fresh strawberries with creamy filling make these Santa hats a charming and easy holiday dessert.

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 large strawberries
02 - 1 cup whipped cream cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
04 - ¼ teaspoon vanilla
05 - Decorative red and black icing for the face

# Steps:

01 - Carefully wash the strawberries.
02 - Cut the stem off each strawberry to create a flat base. Slice each strawberry into three pieces: the bottom for the body, the middle to remove any extra bulk, and the top for the Santa hat.
03 - In a small mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
04 - Carefully transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag for easy application.
05 - Place the flat side of the strawberry bottom on a plate. Pipe the cream cheese mixture on top of the bottom piece, forming a tall base. Add the Santa hat on top and pipe a small dollop on the tip of the hat to create the white trim.
06 - Using the decorative icing, carefully draw a face on each Santa.
07 - Serve immediately or store the Strawberry Santas in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Store any leftover Strawberry Santas in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. They are best served fresh.
