To keep things from sticking, place parchment paper on a baking sheet.

If you want bases, break graham crackers into small squares. Each sheet will give you 8 squares. Arrange them on the lined baking sheet.

In a bowl that can go in the microwave, mix the chocolate and heat it in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until it’s all melted. If it needs it, add some oil to get it smooth and pourable.

Mix in the graham cracker pieces and marshmallows with the melted chocolate till they’re all well-covered.

Using a medium cookie scoop or a large spoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture on each graham cracker base or right onto the parchment if you're skipping the bases. Leave some space between each one.

Top each cluster with graham cracker crumbs, sea salt, or sprinkles according to your taste.

Put them in the fridge for an hour or until they're completely firm before you serve them.
