# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 300 grams of dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, or chunks of chocolate bar; use non-dairy chocolate for a vegan option
02 - 30 grams of vegetable oil, canola oil, or coconut oil, to thin the chocolate as needed
03 - 90 grams of miniature marshmallows; swap in vegan mini marshmallows for a vegan version
04 - 4-8 whole graham crackers, depending on what you want, split for bases and crumbled for clusters

→ Toppings

05 - Crushed graham crackers
06 - A sprinkle of sea salt
07 - Colorful sprinkles

# How to Make It:

01 - To keep things from sticking, place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
02 - If you want bases, break graham crackers into small squares. Each sheet will give you 8 squares. Arrange them on the lined baking sheet.
03 - In a bowl that can go in the microwave, mix the chocolate and heat it in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until it’s all melted. If it needs it, add some oil to get it smooth and pourable.
04 - Mix in the graham cracker pieces and marshmallows with the melted chocolate till they’re all well-covered.
05 - Using a medium cookie scoop or a large spoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture on each graham cracker base or right onto the parchment if you're skipping the bases. Leave some space between each one.
06 - Top each cluster with graham cracker crumbs, sea salt, or sprinkles according to your taste.
07 - Put them in the fridge for an hour or until they're completely firm before you serve them.

# Extra Information:

01 - You can adjust the size of the clusters for portion control; smaller clusters give you more servings.
02 - Make sure the chocolate is fully melted and smooth before mixing in the marshmallows and graham cracker bits for even coating.
