Set your oven to 400°F and coat a 9x13 inch baking dish lightly with oil or spray.

Spoon a thin amount of sauce across the bottom of the dish. Lay down 1/3 of the pepperoni slices.

Put in half the tater tots, spread half of the leftover sauce, sprinkle half the mozzarella, and add another 1/3 of the pepperoni.

Repeat the process, finishing with the remaining pepperoni on top. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese if you like.

Wrap the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes on the middle rack.

Take off the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the tots are crisp and the pepperoni edges are browned.

Give it about 5 minutes to cool before serving. You can pair it with ranch, parsley, red pepper flakes, or Italian spices if you'd like.
