Quick Teriyaki Turkey Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
03 - 1 1/2 cups chopped white onion
04 - 1 lb lean ground turkey

→ Vegetables

05 - 1 cup shredded carrots
06 - 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped small
07 - 1 cup frozen peas

→ Sauce & Rice

08 - 1 1/2 cups teriyaki sauce
09 - 4 cups cooked rice (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook rice according to package. Prepare vegetables: shred carrots, chop onion and broccoli, mince garlic.
02 - Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Cook garlic and onion until translucent, 1-2 minutes.
03 - Add ground turkey, break apart and cook until no longer pink.
04 - Add broccoli, carrots and peas. Cover and cook 3-4 minutes until broccoli softens.
05 - Add teriyaki sauce, cook 1-2 minutes until heated. Serve over rice.
