Turkey Cheese Rolls (Print Version)

Juicy turkey, bacon, and gooey cheese layered in buttery rolls. Great for sharing at parties or casual meals.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 roll of crescent dough from the fridge
02 - 5 tablespoons melted butter
03 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
06 - ¼ cup of bacon crumbles (store-bought or freshly made)
07 - 7 slices of deli turkey or your favorite protein
08 - 8 slices of your favorite cheese, like colby jack

# Steps:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F.
02 - Spread the crescent dough flat onto a floured surface or parchment paper until it's roughly 9x13 inches.
03 - Combine melted butter with the garlic, salt, and pepper. Coat the dough evenly by brushing or spooning it on.
04 - Arrange the cheese into two rows, leaving the top section of the dough plain. Sprinkle bacon evenly over the cheese, avoiding the bottom edge.
05 - Place the turkey over the cheese to cover it fully. Add a second layer if needed and let the slices overlap slightly.
06 - Starting from the bottom edge, roll the dough up into a log, keeping it firm, and use the butter mixture to seal the top edge in place.
07 - Use a sharp knife to slice the rolled-up dough into 10 evenly-sized pieces.
08 - Arrange the rolls in a casserole dish that's been lightly sprayed with non-stick spray.
09 - Bake for 25 minutes or until the tops are golden and the dough looks puffed up.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Make sure the edges are sealed so the cheese doesn't seep out during baking.
